Terms
Terms & Conditions
These terms cover using Kapelogue, both as a shop owner and as someone ordering from a shop. Last updated 12 October 2026.
What Kapelogue is
Kapelogue is software that lets a coffee shop publish a menu, take orders through a QR code and keep track of its regulars. We are not the coffee shop. We do not make, sell or deliver anything you order.
Who your order is with
When you place an order, your agreement is with that shop. Prices, availability, how long it takes, what it tastes like, refunds and complaints are all matters between you and them. Contact the shop first.
Payments
Payments go directly to the shop's own account. Kapelogue does not hold, process or forward your money, and takes no cut of it. Submitting a payment reference records what you say you paid; the shop confirms it against their own records before preparing the order.
Refunds are issued by the shop, by whatever means they paid you.
Running a shop
If you open a shop here, you agree to:
- keep your menu and prices accurate, and honour the orders you accept;
- publish payment details that actually belong to you;
- handle your customers' details responsibly, and only for running your shop — see the Privacy Policy;
- look after your own taxes, permits and food safety obligations;
- keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account counts as yours.
Each shop stands alone
Shops on Kapelogue are independent of one another. One shop is not responsible for another, and no shop can see another's menu edits, orders or customer records. A shop appearing here is not an endorsement by us.
Fair use
Do not use Kapelogue to:
- place orders you have no intention of paying for;
- submit payment references or receipts that are not genuine;
- impersonate a shop or a person;
- break into, overload or probe the service or anyone else's shop.
We may suspend an account that does any of these.
Availability
We try to keep Kapelogue running, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Keep a way of taking orders at the counter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kapelogue is not liable for lost sales, lost data or indirect losses arising from using the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can delete your shop at any time from its settings, which removes its menu, codes and order history. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the date at the top moves when they do. They are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions go to hello@kapelogue.app.
